Welcome
to Little Valley ABA
We provide ABA therapies for children with autism and other developmental disorders and delays.
Our approach is gentle and play-based, while firmly adhering to research and evidence-based practices.
We know that every child has their own special story and a unique set of needs. At Little Valley ABA, we take a holistic view and design unique and comprehensive therapies that draw from applied behavior analysis as well as nutritional and sleep science.
You may have observed
your child struggling in areas such as
language and communication
social and emotional development
daily living skills and routines
fine and gross motor movements
sleep, focus, learning, and memory
You may also notice tantrums, stimming, and other problematic behavior.
Applied behavior analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based behavioral treatment which addresses these concerns effectively. But we don’t stop there.
Our Approach
ABA therapy plus sleep coaching and nutrition counseling

ABA. We use the techniques of applied behavior analysis to teach children the skills they need to navigate their lives confidently and to expand their repertoires of appropriate behavior.
A hallmark of our approach is our special focus on healthy sleep and nutrition. Both are essential for learning and development, and sadly they pose a particular struggle for many neurodivergent children. By improving sleep and diet, the effectiveness of our behavioral interventions increases,. and we give our learners a significant leg up in their physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development.
Healthy sleep is fundamental to learning and memory. It enhances our children's attention and focus. It increases their tolerance, patience, and impulse control. Sleep helps children process social situations, decipher social clues, and build healthy social relationships. It enhances their creativity and problem solving skills. It supports their immune system, builds resilience, and reduces stress and anxiety.
Healthy nutrition goes hand in hand with sleep. Some nutrients are critical for sleep, and an overall well-balanced diet supports sleep quality. Conversely, poor sleep can lead to food selectivity and diminished nutrient absorption. Of course, as many studies have shown, our kids' diets also influence directly their physical and mental health, their mood, and their ability to learn.
